We work with individuals, families and communities to capture and preserve the stories that might otherwise go untold: from life histories documented for future generations, to everyday regional voices that rarely make it into mainstream media.Content and Creative

Heart Story is for anyone who has ever thought "someone should really tell that story". The business with a heart behind it that nobody can see yet. The family who wants to capture a lifetime of stories before they fade. The community doing remarkable things that the world outside their postcode hasn't heard about yet.We'd love to be that someone. And we'd love to do it over coffee.
Who we are
Carrie is a writer, storyteller and content creator with a career spanning local government, economic development and business.Heart Story grew from a simple observation: remarkable people and places across regional Australia were going unnoticed and unheard.She believes the best conversations happen over coffee, that regional Australia punches well above its weight, and that it's never too late to build something meaningful.
Bec is a designer and visual storyteller who has spent her career making brands and stories come to life.From Sydney magazine rooms, including stints at That's Life! and New Idea, to leading the creative direction of some of regional NSW's biggest events, she brings a rare combination of polish and warmth to everything she makes.Bec believes design should make people feel something. At Heart Story, she makes sure it does.
